The Energy Innovation Award of the China Energy Research Association was established in 2017 and was included in the Catalogue of Social Science and Technology Awards by the National Awards Office in 2018, with the award number 0285. At present, the Award includes four sub-awards: academic innovation, management innovation, technological innovation, and outstanding young energy technology workers. In recent years, the selection of the Award has received active participation from energy enterprises and energy technology workers, and has been widely recognized by various sectors of society. It has greatly mobilized the innovation enthusiasm of energy technology workers, playing an important role in leading the direction of innovation in the energy field, promoting scientific and technological innovation, management innovation, and academic research and facilitating innovative achievements in the energy field.
